considering the current time, information technology is playing a vital role
particularly, in educational development and growth enabling students to learn
subjects in a better way. BUT, a big BUT, the number of students and the number
of Books,Work Sheets and several modules, are not proportional due to budget
problem. Because the price of the materials and Technological and simulation
based learning services are not available on the market adequately. To tackle
those challenges, Blogging and google is a lion share contribution to
achieve the millennium development goal. In addition to that noble teaching and
learning process is very attractive and entertaining. So using ICT as a tool
rather than a single subject has a socio-economic benefit for the government by
minimizing the cost.
